A hoax as serious as Harold Camping's Rapture has been the catalyst for many things, including me discussing religion and spirituality here. I now find it necessary, after removing facebook colleagues in the blues world for being the brunt of and personally suffering rude comments and blasphemous pictures of Christ giving the finger on facebook and "Here's your Rapture," as the one liner.
Never mind how offended I was, I'm sure God is. Wouldn't you be? If someone who supposedly represented you did such a horrible and devastating job of it? In your name? Ha! Fat chance anyone would ever get away with doing that to me! Yeah. He's offended. Count on it!
When Jesus makes his appearance it will indeed be a grand one! Listen for the Angel blowing the seventh trumpet, not Harold Camping! ALL eyes will be upon Him.
It appears that Camping, who is now in hiding, (he can't hide forever!), not only took his followers for millions of dollars and ruined their lives, he has become the catalyst for the suffering Christians will face in the last days, according to the book of Revelations. The death, mockery and torment of Christians is already starting and the internet is making a laughing stock of all Christians, because of Camping's hoaxes, (yes that's plural- he's done this several times now!), whether or not they were Camping's followers. Fools! I don't suffer them very well at all. Anyone who didn't catch that Camping said he was going to sit and watch it all on T.V. is a fool. If he was a true prophet of God, he would have been caught up with God's other followers, not watching the apocalypse on the news on T.V! I'll say it again. FOOLS. It was a dead giveaway!
In the wake of Camping's deception, I feel it necessary to share the following video as an educational and public service announcement.
Jesus Christ WILL return. Just not when Harold Camping says He will. Soon though! Very very soon, if everything that's happening on our planet is any indicator. And it is! But who am I to say...read it for yourself and be vigilant. It's available at any motel, bookstore or church near you and found in THE HOLY BIBLE. The book of Revelations.
As it is in show business, so it is in heaven. It's all in what and WHO you know! Particularly WHO you know.
